Our community guidelines
Welcome to 31 Years, 12 Breakups, and Single for the First Time. To ensure this remains a safe and supportive space for everyone, we've established some guidelines for respectful interaction and sharing.
Respectful sharing
When sharing your stories and thoughts, we ask that you respect the privacy of others. You are welcome to use your own name, but please do not refer to anyone else by name. Nicknames are permitted if explicitly stated, or you may use first name initials. We believe in fostering a kind and understanding environment for all.
Zero tolerance for negativity
We do not tolerate degrading, derogatory, or malicious comments, whether directed at other users or their posts. Discrimination of any kind is strictly forbidden. Please refrain from swearing, name-calling, belittling, or fault-finding in anything shared by individuals on this platform. Our aim is to build each other up, not tear down.
Sensitive content and reporting
While we encourage honest sharing, please do not provide in-depth details of assaults of any nature. You may allude to such experiences using terms like SA. If you encounter any content that violates these guidelines or makes you feel uncomfortable, please report it immediately by emailing info@31singlejourney.co.uk. Your vigilance helps us maintain a safe community.

We hope people will support and encourage one another with loving and kind language, demonstrating patience, not ignorance. This site is intended to be a safe space to share, identify, and find empowerment for yourselves and each other.
